Living with the Codes..

Living together with different people of different theologies and different background is a challenge. Sometimes things don't happen the way you want it to be. Thinking back again, "all the time" seems to replace "sometimes" very well.

Scenario: A pack of rubbish was left outside my door for the past 2 days and nobody cleared it. I came back from my getaway still seeing that thing over there. Since my room mate was on his way out, i said, "Would you mind bringing that thing down to throw? It's been there for days." To my utmost shock and horror, reply was, "don't you have hands? Do it yourself."

Wow. That's a pretty loud statement isn't it? Hypocrisy, politics and selfishness are being bred everywhere. People go overseas for attachment to still continue living like a prince despite all that talk of learning to be more independent.

All aside, I went to Xi Tang for my getaway!!

On the river taxi..
Sitting outside someone's door with an emo face..
Wow..this bench sure looks old.

nicholas ethan lim: already 21, birthday falls on 11 September 1988. Realised that even between the closest human beings infinite distances continue, a wonderful living side by side can grow, if they succeed in loving the distance between them, that will make it possible for each to see the other whole against the sky.
